Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. We ONLY offer exchanges or store credit on ALL eligible returns. All markdown/sale items are final sale.

We can send a return label, but by doing so we will deduct that amount from your refund amount. We ONLY offer return labels for damaged items that was received at our fault. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The tag must still be on
• No signs of used, worn, altered or damaged items.
• We must not detect any odor of any sort 

PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A RETURN AND WE WILL NOT RESEND THE ITEM.

Once the item has been returned and gone through the approval process, an email will be sent for a store credit. You can expect this email within 72 hours (business days) upon receiving your returned item.
